<p>If you have all the information this buyer has needed in the first two stages of buying, now is conversion time.  Give the reader all the information they need and more.  Give them a great reason to buy from you and not someone else.  And make it easy to buy from you.</p>

<p>You need to present your solution for their problem.  You need to extensively document how it will solve their problem and why they should choose your product.  Remember to sell benefits not features.</p>
<h2>For Example</h2>
<p>You sell an ebook that will solve someones weight problem.  Your website reader knows he/she needs to loose weight.  They are aware of their problem.  Now you need to write about the benefits of your ebook and how it is the best solution for their weight problem.</p>
<p>If you do a good job, when they go to the next stage of the buying process, your product will be considered one of the possible solutions for their problem.</p>

<p>In the last post (<a  href="http://www.onlinebricks.com/the-buying-stages/">The Buying Stages</a>) I introduced the three buying stages we all go through.  The first stage is awareness.  So how does this help us?</p>
<h2>People Land Anywhere On Your Website</h2>
<p>So no matter where they land, we need to have information for those in the awareness stage of buying.  They either know (are aware) of their problem or you need to make them aware.</p>
<p>You do this by writing about the advantages of buying your product.  What problem will your product solve.  How would you know if you have the problem (make them aware).</p>
<p>Having links and references to the pages and posts about the awareness stage will help people to find them.  Because they can land anywhere, make the links easy to find.</p>
<h2>Problem Awareness</h2>
<p>Once you have made them aware of the problem, they are ready to move on to the next stage.</p>

<h2>The Stages of Buying</h2>
<p>There are three stages of buying no matter what the product is:</p>
<ul>
<li>Awareness</li>
<li>Discovery</li>
<li>Solutions</li>

<h2>Awareness</h2>
<p>Awareness is the stage when you first become aware that you have a problem.  For example you own a reliable car that is 5 years old.  One day you may say to your self that maybe you need a new car.  You have just become aware that you may have a problem and need a new car.</p>
<h2>Discovery</h2>
<p>You are aware that you may need a new car.  So what do you do next?  You start to do research about new cars you are interested in.  This is the discovery stage.  You are discovering solutions to your problem.</p>
<h2>Solutions</h2>
<p>This is the final stage.  You are aware of a problem.  You have discovered potential solutions to that problem.  Now you must finalize a solution (buy the product).</p>
<p>As you can imagine.  This process can be very fast or very slow.  But most people who come to your site are in one of these stages.</p>
<h2>What does all this mean to my site?</h2>
<p>Because you want to be the solution to your visitors problem, you must have information for the visitor no matter what stage they are in.  You want to help them move through the stages until they buy from you.</p>
<p>If you don&#039;t your competition will and they will get the sale.</p>
