Frequently asked questions are often a sign of failure to communicate with your potential and real customers. People who visit your store/website are looking for solutions to their problem. But they want to know that your product will meed all of their needs. So they have a lot of questions that need answers.

So most people will look at the product, read about it in your store or website before they buy. If their questions are answered satisfactorily, they will buy. If not, they will leave without buying.

Some people not finding the answers to their questions will ask in person, by email, on the phone or on your help desk.

If the same questions get asked over and over again, then you have a failure to communicate. And are probably losing business.
