If they are requesting additional services or products, can you economically add them to your product line?
If they buy online, could you sell your products/services online? Are they willing to buy your products/services online?
Can you sell your products/services to customers who will never visit your store? Even restaurants can sell packaged foods online.
But remember local businesses can profit through finding more local customers online.
